1. Paperwork - As a new client you will be asked to complete some general paperwork on arrival for your first visit

2. Cancellations - Please give us as much notice as possible, should you need to cancel your salon appointment

3. Regular Schedules - All our customers are invited to book an appointment on a 8 to 10 week schedule, this ensures that your pet will maintain his or her best health, both mentally and physically, there will be less matting in the coat and less stress for your dog

4. Fleas - If your pet has fleas, there will be an immediate charge of $50 to cover the treatment to prevent further spread and cover the cost to sanitize the salon

5. Dogs behaviour (aggressive or biting) - We DO NOT tolerate aggressive or dogs who bite, this is an un acceptable behaviour and we will be put at risk of injury, in this event we have the right to refuse our service

6. Social media - Please let us know if you don’t want us to use your pets pictures on our website and social media

7. Medical emergency - In the unlikely event your pet is in need of a vet during their groom, we will contact you immediately and arrange with you a veterinary surgery visit

8. If you cant make your appointment - A $50 NO SHOW fee will be charged, if you fail to attend your appointment. Please re-schedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior

9. Nail trimming - If the quick is cut too short, the owner will be informed when collecting their pet, please read our nail care information

We do NOT share your personal data
You have the right to access, modify, and correct personal data about you
As per Australian law, we retain your information for seven years
Only you, or a person authorised by you to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal data
This Privacy Policy replaces all previous disclosures we may have provided to you about our information practices with respect to the service
